Sutton Foster is an award-winning actor, singer and dancer who has appeared in eleven Broadway productions - including the return of Violet and also played lead characters in Broadway shows that include The Drowsy Chaperone, Little Women, Young Frankenstein, Shrek The Musical, and her Tony Award-winning performance as a dancer and actor in Anything Goes and Thoroughly Modern Millie. Star Search at the tender age of fifteen and has since been seen in Bunheads as well as Psych. Sutton Foster is a soloist who has performed in the US and overseas together with Michael Rafter. They have performed songs from her debut album "Wish" along with her follow-up album An Evening with Sutton Foster Live At The Cafe Carlyle. In 2011, she was awarded an Honorary Doctorate in the form of an honorary doctorate from Ball State University where she has also been appointed as a tutor and advisor to the Department of Theatre and Dance. Her new TVLand show, "Younger," created by Darren Star began airing in March of this year.
